He is head of department of pulmonary medicine and recognized teacher for College of physician and surgeon. He has been Secretary Maharashtra State AntiTuberculosis Association under patronage of Governor and Chief Minister of Maharashtra for 3 years. He is a Member of Institutional Review Board (Ethics Committee) at Prince Aly Khan Hospital. He was a Governing board member (Board of Directors) at Prince Aly Khan Hospital and Director with Aga Khan Health Service India for 10 years Dr. Sulaiman has Successfully completed.

Pediatric Respiratory medicine course by European respiratory society 2018.
